Symptoms include: Excess Hair, Deeper Voice (In most cases), Extra Weight Gain, Rapid Hair Growth, Abnormal Height (In most cases), Higher Testosterone Levels, Abnormal Periods, Infertility (But that depends), Larger Breasts (In most cases), And Harder To Lose Weight (In most cases).

There is no cure found yet. (I’m sure they have it thought, and just don’t want to give it to us.)

Risks: Not able to conceive a child when your older.

Everything else: It’s not fun to have it. People sometimes make fun of you because of facial hair for a woman or because your taller than guys. They just don’t understand. And women are more likely to get P.C.O.S. than a guy is.

Children in the future: It’s a lower chance unfortunately to have a child. But it still is possible to have one.

symptoms are unwanted hair, acne, irregular periods, the Dr will find out by takin blood tests and a scan of your ovaries to detect if u have any cysts on them it can make it more difficult to have children but i fell pregnant n i have it, some say to cure it is to have a healthier diet and regular excise and there is no medication for it but they might give u something for the side effects

    hope this helps

There is a lot to it, so I won’t go into it all. But this website has a lot of information. http://www.4woman.gov/faq/pcos.htm. Yes, there is a possibility that you could still conceive in the future, but it will most likely be more difficult than normal. But I would certainly suggest that you get it checked. There are things that can be done now to help increase the chances of a normal cycle in the future.
