Well for me it starts out as a dull ache around my pubic bone. The pain intensifies as the cyst grows bigger. I also notice the pain more as I relieve my bladder as it relieves the pressure on the cyst itself. I also get a very upset stomach for weeks at a time.

i woke up one morning when i was 17 and i couldn’t stand up straight. i was walking around at a 90 degree angle trying to get ready for school..finally i told my mom and she took me to the Dr. and that’s how i found out..that was the only symptom i had.

My side hurt like hell, I had a difficult time laying down or getting comfortable. I was omitted to the ER with suspicion of appendicitis, turns out it was a very large ovarian cyst.

I had a terrible pain on my right lower abdomen, I went to the emergency room for apendicitus, but it was just a cyst…that popped actually. It cause a terrible infection in my stomach and missed school for almost three weeks.
