Most women with ovarian cancer report one or more symptoms such as abdominal pain or discomfort, an abdominal mass, bloating, back pain, urinary urgency, constipation, tiredness and a range of other non-specific symptoms, as well as more specific symptoms such as pelvic pain, abnormal vaginal bleeding or involuntary weight loss.
The growth starts insidiously without much symptoms….later when the growth gains size then there will be a mild pain and a feeling of fullness in the lower abdomen….there will be a sense of fullness in the bladder and disturbances in the menstrual flow….when in doubt check with your Doc.
They say u start bloating b4 ur cycle and that u get real bad cramps. But my gyno told me there really isn’t anything specific to look 4. I recommend u go c ur gyno like ur supposed 2, 2 b on the safe side.
