Types of Complex Ovarian Cysts

Question on ovarian cysts?

My wife saw her OB-BYN after two months without a period. He did an ultrasound in his office and told me I had a cyst (but never mentioned the type of cyst). He went for his visit today and the obstetrician-gynecologist did another transvaginal ultrasound on it and told him had a complex cyst on your ovary, but is shrinking. He also mentioned the cyst decreased compared with the previous month and was due to menstrual cycle after failing for two months. Even said he did not follow because the cyst is getting smaller. Is it normal for a complex cyst divided into two, which is divided in two. Does anyone have information on Can these cysts disappear by themselves? Your doctor does not seem concerned after transvaginal ultrasound.

I had an ovarian cyst the size of a small ball and had to get surgery done as soon as possible. I think his wife should get the second opinion from another doctor. I know that your physician is not the problem but does not want to take risks. Sometimes the doctor can make mistakes too.
