You are awesome. I love your personality and my first guess was you were an engineer since most my friends are and you are very detailed and analytical!! I’m really glad you spoke to your Aunt sooner than later. YOu know what i HATE about the scale…I always ask should I take my shoes off and they say it doesn’t matter….really?? Metformin didn’t help me in the weight department (because I didn’t have the bad side effect) and I’m not insulin resistant….but I do think it helped me ovulate
Thanks for the shout out!! That was very sweet. I think we watch the same the TV shows. I cannot understand the TLC program. I mean come on…9 months of not knowing! I thought some of the Oprah show was funny…but really, I’d hire a sitter for the day if I really needed a break to finally take a shower:) Keep us posted on how this cycle goes!
i can’t help but giggle cause you are so excited to go on clomid! It will be interesting to see how you react to it! Yes those shows PISS me off.. that’s just stupid! I am so excited that you are getting help! Baby dust to you when you start next cycle!
I totally have the engineer mindset. I nerd it out on excel to make my bbt charts. They’re pretty impressive if I do say so myself – *toots horn*.
The doctor scale is awful. Frankly every scale is awful. They lie. I’m convinced that it’s this conspiracy for the makers of 100 calorie snack packs.
A blood sugar test as part of my CD 3 blood work. They’re testing for diabetes indicators – and rightly so.
My doctor doesn’t seem to be a fan of Metformin unless insulin is an issue.
hahaha i saw that programme over her in the UK – i couldnt believe it either that these women didnt know they where pregnant!! Best of luck with the Clomid, I hope it works for you and you get your BFP soon!!

How exciting! My fertility appointment today wasn’t nearly as happy as yours. I hope that this makes a difference and you receive your BFP!
Haha, I’m practically grinning from ear to ear, aren’t I?
Clomid – either the gold standard of ‘get pregnant quick’ cures, or a gateway drug to IVF. We shall see!
I commented on your recent video.
Here’s hoping Clomid goes well for us both!
I was a full time nanny for 2 years during which I worked with two families for the first year of their daughter’s life.
Taking care of a newborn from 7am to 5pm and occasional overnights was a good prep course for motherhood.
I’m sure that it is stressful, especially being a working mother and juggling everything, but with a support system, it is definantly do-able.
I love how all Oprah says that Motherhood is the hardest job. It seems kind of patronizing coming from her.
