I’m a 13 year old girl, and I discovered last month I had a six-inch cyst on my left ovary. Four days ago, I started having pain so extreme, I was in convulsions, vomited multiple times, and had to be rushed to the emergency room. They took a CT and an ultrasound, and determined I have 2 cysts, one on each ovary, of the same size. I have been at home, taking powerful pain meds, and I recently stopped yesterday. I had some pain, but it wasnt extreme. Today, I was fine till about four, and then I started having pain, and I vomited again. I could use some treatment options where I don’t have to inject myself with morphine every 8 hours, and go to school, or stay home, and act positively high. Also, I need some more info on what to expect from these. The doctor isn’t considering surgery, and if I do, they said that both ovaries would have to be removed, and I do not want that!
I have had my period since I was 11, and it’s fairly regular, if it helps.

For the past few months, my stomache has been swelling up. At first I thought it was just cause I was getting older(will be 30 this year), so I cut down on fatty foods, and increased my daily workouts, including running for my cardio. The rest of my body is slimming down, but my stomache keeps getting bigger. I ruled out pregnancy, and for the past few weeks, I have had severe pains in my stomche. I went to my Dr. and she basically told me I was getting fat, and prescribed me Pepcid for the pain. Tuesday night the pain in my lower right abdomen was so severe I went to ER, thinking it might be appendicitis. After a pelvic exam and an external and internal ultrasound, they diagnosed it as a ruptured cyst on my ovary.I was given vicodin and sent home. I wake upin the mornings and feel fine, but after eating even a few bites of anything, I swell up and look like I’m 5 months pregnant and my stomache is tender to touch. Is this normal, or does it sound like something else?
I had my first ruptured ovarian cyst on Monday, November 23, and have been experiencing the same symptoms over the last two days that I first felt before my first rupture. Is it possible to have two ruptures in one week? How often can you have them?
