Symptoms of Ovarian Cyst Torsion

I have an ovarian cyst (size of a softball) in my left ovary, my question is about my symptoms?

Headaches – Horrible headache, I have to have all the time. I never had a headache and this happened every day! Is this normal? Vomiting, fainting and my size, 5'3''105 pounds, it does increase the chances of twisting? Do I need surgery?

I had cysts on my ovaries for about eight years, and I've never lived as a symptom of headaches. This does not mean it is not caused by cysts, and each has different symptoms. I would ask my doc about it. Cysts usually disappear by themselves. It depends on what type of cyst, they are well. There were numerous cysts filled with fluid that was dissolved by its own means, but I had a dermoid cyst, the size of a large orange. This type does not disappear by itself, and requires surgery. If you have vomiting and fainting and headache, no doubt, I ask that you call your doctor as soon as possible. This could be many things, apart from a cyst. Good luck!
