symptoms of ovarian cancer please help?

in October of 06 I underwent emergency surgery on a cyst was so bad burst.It I had blood all inside me. Cat 22. I know I made some tests and said they had no cancer. However, I am uninsured and med does not work (in home to care for my brother n MOM) for months afterwords ok.But first recently had a lot more b4.The pains.Worst same symptoms I had b4, but now frquent no longer have periods b4.I more serious when hormonal pain, abdominal pain, especially during period.some miss, but when I do reduce pain.wieght losses, loss of food, nausea, backaches, constipation, diarrhea. I feel shortness of breath and feelings in the chest @ times stitches in the arm or leg. My pain feels like adom cramps, but r 24 / 7. difficult to stretch, cough, sneeze, talk or walk.
