Signs of Ruptured Ovarian Cyst

I have leukocytes in my urine but no water infection, I get ovarian cysts is this another sign of rupture?

I have had ovarian cysts since I was 10 which cause a lot of pain when they are about to rupture, I am now 25 and the only way I am getting answers I need is through online chat rooms. I keep thinking that I have a urine or kidney infection but when I go to the doctors the only thing that comes up is the Leukocytes the indicator goes pinker than the one on the chart

if the doctor was concerned about this then they would say so and treat you. Leukocytes in urine are not a sign of ruptured ovarian cysts as fluid from cysts would not come out in urine- it would come out of the vagina. This is not to say however that the urine sample you gave was not contaminated with some fluid from your vagina as it is very difficult to prevent that. Leukocytes can be present in urine without urine infection or you could have mild cystits which may produce leukocytes but shouldn’t require treatment.
If you have other reasons to suspect ruptured cysts- ie severe pain and bleeding, go to a&e.
