Ruptured Ovarian Cyst Missed Period
Is it possible to get pregnant if you have an ovarian cyst before his period of absence?
Please excuse my complete ignorance of what regards this issue. A few days ago I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. My husband and I are TTC and I am few days after my deadline .. Is it possible to get pregnant if this happens? I can feel ovulation, and I felt a week before the break cyst on the same side of the ruptured cyst. I will consult my doctor on Monday but I just wanted to know whether it was possible. I thought maybe I could be the cause of infertility as we have been TTC for over 2 years .. Only 3 days until I can try!
The simple answer is yes. There are basically two types of ovarian cyst: A follicular cyst occurs when a sac in the ovary does not release an egg, and the bag is inflated with liquid. A luteal cyst occurs when the sac releases an egg and then closed and filled with liquid. If the corpus luteum cyst, then your body has launched an egg and then it is very likely to get pregnant.
