PCOS: I Am Triumphant (NO MELODRAMA)
My latest PCOS video w/ updates and such. No MAJOR vulgarities this trip, LOL! So, why do I feel triumphant? Well, here are the stats: -No medication for 1.5-3 yrs -Weight loss: 20+ lbs (at the time of the video) -Regular, normal cycle I’m taking lots of vitamins and supplements in addition to exercising daily and I feel better now than ever before. I don’t have 90% of the problems I used to have, therefore: I’m triumphant. Plus, before you just throw out all of your meds it’s important to know this: KNOW YOUR BODY! ONE MULTIVITAMIN DOES NOT FIT ALL. Join my Facebook group: PCOS with Bracha Judah! www.facebook.com

so, babe, how are you doing, especially now that you’ve been diagnosed, watched the video, etc. how are you living?
Hi – I am doing much better. It takes a while to kick-start. I am on a role now, I have found the research about the ‘Leptin’hormone to be very helpful for me. I eat foods that balance my Leptin, and I have NO cravings now…I am soo happy about that. This past 3 weeks I have lost 8 lbs. Thats more than I have ever lost in a short time period..I am down a total of 21Lbs. since march. I am on a roll now..back in the gym today Yay!! How are you doing? – Casi
im 39 ive had pcos all my life just diaognosed last year. I have two kids and i didnt have any trouble getting prego, but ive had to deal with rollercoaster emotions and fatigue and hard time losing any weight. Im starting to pick up the peices now. It feels good to see women that look like me! You are beautiful thank you for the video
ok just an update. went 2 the gyno today n my cysts r gone n my ovaries r bak 2 normal!!! he says that some times they come n go (the cysts) bu I’m almost certain that it was the herbs n supplements I took. I ovulated last two months very well and did not get heavy cramps during my period. another thing that helped was the lower sugar diet I followed.
Goodness you cracked me up! What a great video you’ve done! I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic w/ PCOS 4 years ago. In december I got fed up with being fat and joined a gym. I go 3x weekly, with lots of weight lifting and balanced cardio, but no weight loss.
diet: today I cut out sugary drinks, except milk and started taking gymnema sylvestra to balance out my blood sugar as well as prenatal vitamins. I hope I can be a success like you!
Meanwhile, thanks for being so open, and inspiring!
what supplements did you take for pcos?
Love you personality! I came across your video love it!!! Write this Important info down for us like List your vitamins and where you got them and how each does the body good! send it to my e-mail.
THANK YOU
Came across your video whilst “researching” & thanks for some really helpful stuff.
you’re quite welcome.
Hi i love this video can you tell me how do i get rid of the hair growth under my chin, i hate it, i am also on my way to weight loss and changing my eating habits. thanks once again hope to hear from you soon.
if possible, you should find an endocrinologist in your area, CALL around, find the best price, and tell them that you have PCOS, etc. hopefully you’ll come across a good doctor and a good clinic w/ a good health care payment plan. *wink*
I told my Doctor that I wanted to get tested to see if I may have PCOS…and she wants me to wait … it bothers me but she says that since I am only recently not having a period then I should wait …but I have other symp.
well, your doctor isn’t the only doctor in town. find another one and express the same issues. have your monthly calendar (or at least accurate descriptions) of your symptoms and approximately when they started. go in there with your “guns LOADED”–i.e. spare nothing and don’t be emotional. it’s important. good luck darling.

Personally, I love your original video. Living with this disease is frustrating and it was nice to see something that wasn’t so cookie cutter that actually showed the frustration we are all feeling!
I have a question… so after you lose weight, does the body hair start to disappear?? or do you HAVE to get laser treatment??
i never had BIG issues with hair, and the few issues i had (hair thinning, the sideburns and coarse pubic hair under the arms). i’ve NEVER had laser treatment. EVER. never waxed anything either!
the general idea is that losing weight= less health issues, however, if you make subtle changes to diet, exercise, products used, etc. you can reduce the intensity of whatever is buggin’ you.
hmm thanks alot! :] hopefully i’ll get there soon XD
it just takes time and patience. the one thing i don’t do (that i believe many do) is have PCOS at the forefront of my mind ALLLLLL THE TIME. if i wanna eat something, i eat it. i just know the consequences and/or how to possibly circumvent an effect, lol! see? less stress right there!
I lost 60lbs fast, my pcos didn’t effect anything
“please dont name ur child shizandra” LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.
“It secretes digestive juices *face*” LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. OMG I love you haha. Thanks for the video. I didn’t even know about selenium :-O.
@HijabulousTV you KNOW you gotta put up a disclaimer, cause people in this generation will name their children ANYDAMNTHING!! lol
