It seems that your situation happens often in young females. I had something similar happen to me a month and a half ago. I had nausea for a week. So I went to my primary physician who drew blood and did a white blood cell count, mine was elevated and above normal. A females white blood count is about 6 to 10.5. When your white blood cell count is high, it means your body has an infection. Why, because white blood cells are the cells that fight bacteria in your body, so if there is a large amount then an infection must be present. I am telling you this becuase your doctor must have or should have done blood test to determine if an infection was present.

So, a week later I develope pains on my right side, like cramps, like you. Thats when I returned to my doctor’s office who did a urinalysis to check for a UTI. This is somthing I also one to mention. UTI is a urinary tract infection. It occurs when your urinary tract has a bacterial infection in it. Sometimes the way you wipe yourself after using the bathroom can cause it. Its also occurs in females who are sexually active. Don’t be alarm because its common among females who are also not sexually active. UTI’s and appendicits have the same symptons. They have cramps on the right side, nausea, even a fever. When you go to a doctor’s office or the ER they check for both becuase it hard to differentiate the symptons since they are so similar. Ultrasounds and a urinalysis will determine if you have a UTI or appendicits. And you said the ultra sound came back negative to showing an inflammation? So did mine. So I didn’t have a UTI or appendicitis, then the next procedure was to check for an ovarian cyst.

An ovarian cyst can occur in any female regardless if they are sexually active or not. It has to do with the hormones in your body. No one knows what the exact cause is, but doctor’s find that sometimes controling hormones can stop the growth of a cyst which is why they give birth control pills. they stop the production of the hormones that can sometimes create a cyst. Sometimes they are not always successful which is when surgery is an another option. But don’t freak out. Your doctor should have ordered a cat scan and an MRI. I had both done for me and you don’t remove any clothing. The machine scans inside your body without even touching it. When I went it they had to rule out every other part of my body before they got to the pelvic area. So the cat scan snd the MRI did that.

There are two ultra sounds that you get when your pelvic area is acting up, a transabdominal and a transvaginal. The transdominal is done when the machine pod is placed over your abdomnial area. This mimics sounds in side your body which displays images of your bladder, uterus, ovaries.=, etc. The transvaginal is the machine pod placed in your vaginal area. I asked a radio teah the differences about one another and she said that The transabdominal is like like trhough your body without glass, and tthe transvaginal would be putting glasses on. With the transabdominal you can still see everything, but the transvaginal might make it look a little clearer. Listen carefully because What I say will probably make you feel better. I had the transabdominal done, and I was in the process of getting the transvaginal done, but I stopped it. I am still a virgin so I have never had anything placed up there, and I found that it hurt so I stopped it, but the transabdominal still delivered. My guess is that you refused the transvaginal and so did I, but I believe if they got the transabdominal done then you should be okay.

Brief note. They also do pelvic exams done. That will not harm or hurt you like a pap smear might. Nothing is being broken, it mighyt be a little discomforting though, but they do that to see if you may have a cyst.

They eventually came to the conclusion that I had a cyst on my left ovary. Where monitoring it. It has the potential to go away, and I hope it does. But honey, do not freak out. You need to drink alot of water. By the way what antiobiotic di they give you?

I am 19 and literally Just had the same thing last weekend and have been through so much. They still don’t know if it is a cyst or an infection in my Fallopian tube. and i don’t think it matters how young you are or if you have had sex i think the cyst generates from just female hormones. So i would talk some more to your mother about it.

It sounds like an ovarian cyst. Please ask your mom to let you be checked. I’ve had the tests needed to diagnose an ovarian cyst. I was a virgin at the time. They weren’t very painful and they don’t make you not be a virgin anymore. They do have to push a small instrument up there to take an ultrasound but that doesn’t make you not be a virgin!

I needed surgery to remove my cyst. At the very least you should probably get on birth control to prevent more cysts from forming. Good luck. I know at 14 you have to go by what your mom wants but try to get her to take you to a gynecologist. If she really insists on not having the exams done there might be other ways they can check.

You are still soo young. I doubt if you have ovarian cysts but you need proper diagnosis from your doctor. You need to let your mum know what you can going through.

I know you are fasting but water is very important for your health. You need to flush toxins out of your body on a regular basis otherwise it will accumulate in your body and lead to all sorts of things.

Make sure you drink pure waterm tap water is no good. You can boil and filter you water if you can’t afford bottled water.

    Good Luck
