Have you been diagnosed with PCOS?? Cysts are common with that disorder……You may want to talk to the dr about getting something to give you a normal period that may straighten things out…. .. But yes you can get pregnant with Cysts and Polycystic ovarian syndrome…..Try not to think negative….Pray to God for help concieving…HE can make anything happen….Trust me!!

EDIT- also there are some meds to help with conception, and to make ovulation regular…if you have PCOS…which it sounds like u could!! Hope I helped!!

I have the same condition, and my endocrinologist had pictures on her wall of all of the women who had beautiful babies with this condition, and I can tell you that the wall was filled.
While it is harder to conceive as well as the fact that there are mor miscarriages with victims of PCOS, there are various procedures you can take that will assist you in your conception, such as artificial insemination. http://www.pregnancy-info.net/infertility_PCOS.html for more information on this.
When you’re not conceiving in terms of drug treatments as a cure, you’re right in saying that birth control helps the symptoms. Spironolactone paired with the birth control has a strengthening effect with this. I’m taking both right now and all signs and symptoms of PCOS have dramatically diminished.
Surgery is obviously a more drastic and painful option; however, if it is necessary, then it may potentially get rid of the condition, allowing you to ovulate monthly and get your period regularly.
    Hope this helps!
