I also PCOS and am currently trying to get pregnant. I metformin and help the first month since it has not ovulated. I have no problem because my cysts are not large enough to bother me. If they are painful you can try the Meran IUD. This could not help the pill. That I know it will be good for you, but you can talk to your OB / GYN. Moreover, if all else fails, you can have surgery to remove them. (Cyst)
