Ovarian Cyst Neoplasm
Conclusions … ovarian cyst?
Right ovary size: 2.4 x 2.3 x 1.4 cm left ovary 6.4 x 6.1 x 3.0 cm, two hypoechoic structures cystic. Size of cysts cyst 1: 5.9 x 5.0 x 3.3 cm cyst 50.9 CC 2: 2.5 x 2.3 x 2.2 cm 6.6 cc No evidence of abnormal uterine . The right ovary was normal in appearance. It is not a partitioned ovarian cyst remains almost unchanged since its introduction on January 26 There are no nodules or papillary projections. This is probably an ovarian tumor as benign cystadenoma. The monitoring is desirable. No ascites. I know this means it is not cancerous, but what else does this mean? Are my considered large cysts? What I can say this report?
Not your doctor to determine if the cysts are large? The cyst first sounds like it should be removed surgically if not reduced but not before.
