Ovarian Cyst and Back Pain?

So i’m 16 and I’ve had lower back pain for almost 3 years. I’ve had x-rays, an MRI, and bone scan. All came back normal except for and ovarian cyst on my left ovary. My physical therapist says that my muscles around my spine, down in my butt, and all the way up to a little above my rib cage are very stiff. She can get them to relax but the relief only lasts a day or two. There’s always this certain spot on my left lower back that is usually painful and sore to the touch. Is there any way an ovarian cyst can cause this kind of pain?

Your tight back muscles are giving you the pain and your therapist doesn’t know how to free them up to get rid of the pain. She has been massaging them which helps for a day or two but, as the muscles have never been freed up, the pain is always going to return. To get rid of your pain you have to free up the muscles in your back and here’s how to do that:
    Back:
    (do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. Isn’t it interesting that the tests and scans they have today still won’t show you a tight muscle? And when they do know it’s tight they can’t fix it?
