Ovarian Carcinoma,Total Laparoscopic Staging of Ovarian Carcinoma Adel Shervin MD
52 years old, G;2 P;1 with long h/o pelvic pain was referred for PM pelvic mass and questionable ascites by ultrasound & CT scan. Operative laparoscopy confirmed the findings, frozen section; ovarian CA possibly endometrioid type. Complete laparoscopic staging, cytology,frozen section, TLH BS&O with culdesactomy, omentectomy, Aortic & Pelvic Lymphadenectomy was performed in 4.30 hours with 100-150 cc blood loss, she was discharged on 3d post op day, referred to medical oncologist
