yes – women with PCOS can still get pregnant.
below is a good site with lots of information about how to treat PCOS and what you should talk to your doctor about.
come to me…apparently u can’t…try to see a doctor…when i said come to me it meant because i am a doctor…
It is more difficult, but certainly possible.
Alot of women get pregnant after being given a rx for Metformin.
Ask your doctor.
Some women with PCOS get pregnant easily. Some get pregnant with medical help. And some never manage it. There is no way to know which category you fit into. So, yes, it is possible you can get pregnant.
First of all, read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will teach you how to increase the chances of getting pregnant. If you *do* end up needing medical help, it can save you time, money, and discomfort once you *do* see a doctor, too.
Good luck!!
My mom actually had PCOS, and she had a very hard time getting pregnant. The time she did, she had to use invetro fertilization. But that’s not to say other women with PCOS don’t get pregnant easily. It depends on the severity of your case.
