I've Had Pregnancy Symptoms but Keep Getting Negative Urine Tests. Also I've Had Some Dull Ovarian Pain. Help!?

I’m 3 weeks along if I am pregnant, and I thought I’d have a positive test by now. I’ve had nausea, cramping, tender breasts, and my basal body temperature is still high. Also, my period wasn’t missed, but I only bled a little one day then had some spotting for 2 days after that then gone. Ideas anyone?

get a blood test to be sure. You may not be pregnant though and you could be experiencing a "phantom pregnancy" where your mind tells your body you are pregnant. If you want to be or are very paranoid about becoming pregnant, this happens often (personal experience). If the blood test is negative, take another urine test in about 3-4 weeks.
I hope you get the results your looking for! Good luck!

Some time the HCG is not high in your urine that is why you may not test positive as yet.But the blood test is the more accurate test so i would suggest to you that you see your doctor for a blood test. The bleed you had could well be implantation bleeding or old blood that was there from your last period I wish you best of luck in your pregnancy and a healthy baby.

I would honestly wait till you have missed your period to test. Some women it takes awhile for the hcg to show in your urine. Take me as an example. I was 9 weeks pregnant when I finally got my positive pregnancy test. So, stay positive and keep on testing once you miss your period. Best of luck to you! xxx

I was in the same situation. I felt pregnant and took a test the 1st day of my missed period. Negative! 3 days later still no period took another test still Negative! Turns out I was preggo I just didn’t get a positive until about 2 weeks after my missed period! I would wait a little while longer and then retest if I were you or, if you can’t wait call and set up an appointment with you doctor they will be able to tell you for sure. Good Luck!
