Is This a Symptom of Ovarian Cysts?

I had a tubal ligation in September. Since then I have been having lower pelvic pain, mostly in my right side. It almost feels like something tearing inside. Is this a symptom of ovarian cysts?

    kidney problems from diabetes. Avoid sugar.
    get the a1c diabetes test.
