I Have to Get an Ultrasound Today to Check for an Ovarian Cyst What Is Going to Happen There?

What happens at an ultrasound to check for ovarian cysts?
Do I have to completely undress?
What should I wear?

Thanks ahead of time for anybody who answers I am only 13 and very nervous about this.

I’d add: You don’t have to completely undress, if intravaginal is going to be done they might have you take off your pants and underwear. I’ve had a lot of GYN problems and consequently a lot of ultrasounds. I wear pants that are easy to get in and out of, loose fitting is best since if you don’t need intravag they can just roll down your waistband of the pants and underwear. And sneakers or shoes I can pull on and off easily. I also wear good socks, preferably long so my legs won’t be cold and/or bare.
