Google PCOS, there is a lot of info out there. It sucks and there is no cure, but you should still be able to conceive. Perhaps naturally, but if not, with medical intervention.
Your doctor will probably prescribe you metformin, a drug prescribed for diabetes, because PCOS is characterized by insulin resistance. Also, do a lot of research on what you should be eating- there is a specific diet that is good for women with PCOS. PCOS has ruined my adult life, but slowly I’m making the changes to make a difference. For me, switching to organic food, cleaning agents, and eliminating as much plastic from my life as possible has helped.
(Google "plastic and xenoestrogens" to find out what I mean)
Good luck
This is something that you should be discussing with your doctor. They can give you more details about what it means and the possible treatment options that are available to you.
pcos is not cureable, and its very hard to get pregnant with this condition because there are cysts covering your ovaries making it hard for an egg to be released….its not impossible or unheard of, just a lot harder..this is also why you have small follicles, usually those who have this have to undergo fertility treatments
There is different severity of PCOS i seen to suffer from a lot of the side affects. Factors that you need to look at is your age, weight, what symptoms you have, period cycle, thyroid and diabeties
There is a lot to look at but to give you hope i have had 4 children only my second i needed fertility help, my first took 4 years and after i was pregnant they found out that i had PCOS. My last 2 were concieved naturally. We are currently trying for my 5th but my DH 3rd child.

It can make it difficult but there are so many factors to consider and it can sometimes be a whirl wind of mines.
