I Had an Ultrasound Scan and Found a Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst,I Have Been Ttc for 6 Months,Can This Affect Me?
i had an ultrasound scan today and they found a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst on my right side,i have been ttc for 6 months, can this affect my chances of getting pregnant? do i need a surgery for this cyst ? does anyone have this problem before ,please tell me your experience .
Ovarian cysts will usually not effect your ability to have kids. For the majority of women, the presence of ovarian cysts has no impact on their ability to conceive. Typically, ovarian cysts remain small and don’t interfere with ovulation or conception. Often hemorrhagic cysts will go away themselves.
If you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, this can cause fertility problems but having an ovarian cyst is NOT the same as having PCOS – they are 2 very distinct conditions.
The conventional approach to treating ovarian cysts is either birth control pills (not if you are ttc), do nothing, or surgery, but surgery is really not necessary & should be a last resort.
I believe in the holistic treatment approach for ovarian cysts. It’s totally natural, treats the underlying cause of the cyst and addresses issues such as diet, your metabolism, and your hormones. If you can get these right, you will get rid of your cyst naturally and forever, without the need for drugs or surgery.
There’s a good site below with articles and more information. Hope this helps, and good luck.
You’re best bet is to talk in depth to your doctor about this.
ya probably, i’ve herd of it but you better be going to a specialist or something
those are common, it may or may not effect pregnany ask your doctor it may go away on its own but dont give up hope and keep trying
I had an emergy operation to remove my right ovary in May 2008, it had twisted and had a massive cyst on it and to my horror i had an even bigger cyst on my left ovary which they managed to remove but saved my left ovary. We were basically told not to leave having babies until i was 30. Now i am having blood tests and so far so good my ovary is ovulating as it should.
I really think you should talk to your doctor about what your next step is, at least in your case they have found the cyst and can do somehting about it, it was too late in my case but i have to be thankful that they saved my left one. I know my experience is not the same as yours but its worth me mentioning. Good luck with everything
