There are different types of cysts – corpeus luteum cyst is very normal and goes away by itself towards end of first trimester (that cyst also produces progesterone, which is needed to sustain pregnancy till the placenta takes over).
If not corpeus luteum cyst, then best to ask doctor. It is highly unlikely that any doctor would do surgery, and most cysts are benign / small and do not pose a problem during pregnancy. It doesn’t affect the baby at all.
ok everyone has a cyst in the beginning of their preganncy, it’s called a corpus luteum, and it varies in size and it can be painful. it is what nurtures the baby until the placenta takes over in the second trimester.
i agree with the other posters. most pregnant women have it and no treatment needed. it will fade away after giving birth. your doctor should know what’s best for you.

No treatment needed. It’s normal. I had one that was discovered at 15 weeks, it was gone by the time I had my c-section.
Try not to worry.
I had several in the beginning of my pregnancy and they didn’t cause any problems. I didn’t need any treatment either.
