My daughter is a survivor of ovarian cancer. She had it at 15( she’s 32 now) In a months time she went from normal belly to looking like she was 6 months pregnant and was sick to her stomach.Ovarian cysts are painful. They can be treated a lot of times just with birth control. Please go see a doctor sweetie, better to be safe.

The only true diagnosis is going to come from your doctor. But from what I’ve learned and heard, cysts are usually more likely to be painful and have more "come and go" kind of symptoms. Ovarian cancer is generally considered a silent disease in that it often doesn’t have really obvious symptoms until very late. The early symptoms I’ve heard from the recent studies are things like a constantly bloated abdomen from gas produced internally, feeling full after eating very little and persistent nausea or diarrhea.
