I don’t know about ovarian pain- but I do get cramps really bad when I’m on my period- and I’ve found something that really works for me.

I spread Icy Hot (or Ben Gay or the like) on my belly, and it totally makes my cramps less intense!! I figure since the uterus is a muscle, why wouldn’t muscle creams work? I tried it, and it does!!!

i interdose with medicine tylenol and ibuprofen, drink hot tea(there are special kinds that are mdae for women during their period), and use a heating pad. also it might help to take a hot bath. u might also try Midol.

Anything with high doses of caffeine. Caffiene is the main ingredient in Midol and that’s what makes it work as with Excedrine.
