No "functional" ovarian cysts cause pain?
I know I have ovarian cysts, I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound. He said he had several small cysts in the ovaries, but it was nothing to worry about. He recommended that I am in birth control to stop my cycles. But I prefer not having to take a pill every day. But .. Sometimes the pain is so bad, I think you should reconsider. Is it normal for these cysts to hurt this bad? Or should be more concerned about this? Almost every month, I have trouble getting out of bed, I can not resist the right. I just want to put in a position fetal with a heating pad on the belly. Its causing problems with my job because I think I'm just using it as an excuse. Is this going to cause problems later with pregnancy? I went to the doctor years ago 2 or 3 and its been the same since .. Sometimes it is worse than other times.
I want a 2nd opinion and talk with other professional … Cysts in their ovaries are not normal and could be more problematic to deal only with the pain. foods that help alleviate the discomfort and recurrence include lots of fruits and raw vegetables (especially green leafy vegetables), garlic, legumes, whole grains and whole foods. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, meat red, eggs, fat, white sugar, soft drinks and processed foods and refined. Stick to natural foods, and be better physically. ~ Avoid smoking
