Do I Have Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer?
Hi I am 18 years old and my stomach has been bothering me for a few months. The last couple of months it feels like I have been sucking in my stomach but Im not. It also feels like pressure. I know I gained a couple of pounds also within the months, and I don’t know why either bc I exercise everyday. The pain is around my belly button. I had my yearly exam in May, and my pelvic exam came back normal, along with my pap smear, but I know these test aren’t accurate to use. Should I be worried that I have ovarian cancer?
Worry about ovarian cysts before you worry about cancer!
I had an IUD with loads of abdominal pain, so I figured it might have moved or something. I had an ultrasound done, and it came back I had a huge ovarian cyst. Relatively harmless, just very, very painful.
