Do Birth Control Pills Help With Ovarian Cysts?
Im eighteen, and divorced. Thats besides the point… during sex, I get a slight pain right when I orgasm. I researched it, and think it could be an ovarian cyst, and Im really afraid because I have no idea of what’s really going on and if its EVEN a cyst…it sounds pretty close though. Im pretty healthy, I stopped smoking and take care of myself. I researched and read in an article that if you have ovarian cysts, it could be cured by Birth Control Pills. Please, respectful answers, and please- I need help, Im very afraid. And, I ask nicely that only if you know the answer or anything of it, please answer. If you dont know, please- I need real answers. Thank you.
Oh, and sometimes its not even during sex. Actually, its only when the clitirous is stimulated and I begin to climax.
being on a bc can help reduce ovarian cysts, because of the constant hormone level. however if they are very large and/or cancerous, you will need them removed. your doctor can do an ultrasound on the area, and can feel them if they are large enough in a pelvic exam. when you go in for your exam, mention your discomfort.
Hi, not so far ago they found a cyst on my right ovary and the doctor told me that it would go away by itself that it was some kind of water cyst but he also gave those pills for the hormones!
