Complex Ovarian Cysts Pain
Complex ovarian cysts … What to do?
Recently, I found myself in the emergency room because of abdominal pain sudden. Scanners and ultrasound (both external and internal), revealed that she had two cysts the size of golf balls in my ovaries. The law was broken and he sent me to the emergency, but the left remains intact. Going to my local ob / gyn, refused to allow surgery. The cyst proved complex – both filled with fluid and blood. I have experience constant pressure and pain almost daily. The doctor gave me Vicodin, but I try not to take since I can not drive or really work on such drugs. The Local ob-gyn basically told me to wait 6 weeks and then come back for another ultrasound to check for cysts. But I can not help feeling uncomfortable rupture of the cyst on the left, and I do not think it convenient to limit my exercise and mobility to avoid rupture. I do not feel like the "wait and see" is in good health. Am I unreasonable or I should get a second opinion?
You really need a second opinion. You can tell if something is not right, doctors do not always have reason, do what is good for you and see another doctor
