Can Ovarian Cysts Be Cured Naturally?

I am suffering from ovarian cysts. Can these be cured naturally? What diet is suitable … should meat, oils, carbohydrates, be avoided. Is doing exercises good or bad? Please help.

Thank you all!

Unfortunately you did not mention your age.
In general if you are young (13-20) – if your cycle would be regular – your cysts could disappear.
If you are older and still have cysts it could be PCOS which should be treated if you have irregular cycle or if you are infertile.

hi, i have PCOS too, and it depends on how many you have etc. but in general if you exercise and eat healthily this really helps, i don’t know if there are any things you should specifically eat, its about keeping your body as healthy as possible. i don’t think they will go away on their own but this will help with the symptoms. having PCOS can often make it hard to lose weight, and there are other side effects too that can include extra hair and sometimes bad skin.

i take the contraceptive pill microgynon to help my skin and keep my periods regular, i go to the gym and try not to eat too badly and mine have got better in the last couple of years. i also take metformin which helps to balance your hormones, but it depends on what your doctor says.

there is a lot of confusion and lack of understanding about PCOS, but there are a lot of websites that are really supportive if you need someone to talk to. hope this helps :)

hello, i had them too- on both ovaries for three months. I used hot compresses every day and took thuja homeopathic remedy and they are now gone. Don’t know if it’s what i did but worth a try as i was told they wouldn’t go away by themselves and i was waiting for a gynae referal
