Can My Ovarian Cyst of 6cm Be Causing Me This Pain in My Leg and Lower Back? HELP?

I have a ovarian cyst of 6 cm in my right ovary, and the beginning of my leg and my lower back is hurting…could it be the ovarian cyst?

I think it might be possible it is the cyst. But there are other things it could be. Common causes of low back pain include lumbar strain, nerve irritation, lumbar radiculopathy, bony encroachment, and conditions of the bone and joints. Other causes of low back pain include kidney problems, pregnancy, ovary problems, and tumors. Uncommon causes of low back pain include Paget’s disease of bone, bleeding or infection in the pelvis, infection of the cartilage and/or bone of the spine, aneurysm of the aorta, and shingles.
