Any One Know if There Is Financial Assistance for Ovarian Cancer?
My mother has been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer Stage 3B and is need of financial assistance paying her medical bills. Anyone know what she should do besides divorce my father after 32 years of marriage.
She is already getting assistance through Harris County with the Gold Card. And I have approached her doctors with the money issue and they keep telling me to either talk to billing or organizations.
Talk to her doctor he/she will know of any assistance programs if there are any. If not then she needs to talk to him/her about working with her on her bill. That she is willing to pay but does not have all that money at this time. Many doctors are willing to take payments over a period of time. Some will even take less money in some cases.
